We collect only the information needed to manage bids, reserve items, verify member discounts and contact winners or buyers. Masked bidder identities, bid amounts, bid references and server-recorded times may appear publicly. Mobile numbers remain private and are available only to the website administrator for order and auction follow-up. Records are retained only while needed for legitimate business, legal and dispute-resolution purposes. Contact us through our official WhatsApp channels to request access to or correction of your information.

Website confirmation reserves an item and marks it SOLD; it does not confirm that payment has been received. Payment and mailing are arranged through the selected official WhatsApp contact. Shipping is included unless the listing clearly states that self-collection or additional delivery charges apply. Authenticity claims must be raised within 30 days of receiving the item and supported by a recognised Thai amulet association or a qualified specialist mutually accepted by both parties. Any approved refund requires verification and return of the item in the condition received.

All prices and bids are in Singapore dollars. A winning bid is a commitment to purchase. The website clock and the bid time recorded by the server determine whether a bid was received before closing. The stated regular minimum increment applies until the final ten minutes. During the final ten minutes, the separate minimum increment shown on the auction applies. A successful immediate purchase ends the auction. Majestic fan club discounts apply to immediate-purchase checkout. If the winner does not complete payment, the website administrator may offer the item to the next-highest eligible bidder. If that bidder also declines, the auction may be restarted with new dates and a fresh bid history. Bid integrity: Accepted bid amounts and server timestamps cannot be edited through the website administration panel. If an auction is restarted, the original bid records are archived. Majestic, Caihong, their staff and representatives must not place bids for the purpose of artificially increasing an auction price.
